I've spent over twenty years providing individual, family, couples, and adolescent counseling services to people in the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, anger, communication problems, trauma, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive behavior. I help adults, couples, families and teens.

I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in a variety of settings including mental health centers, hospitals, child welfare agencies and home-based counseling programs.

I have advanced training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and am a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
